Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Practechlab LLP ("Practechlab," "we," "us"), the company that provides Kloovy ("Kloovy," the "Service"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website and services. It also describes the rights you have over your information. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who we are

Practechlab LLP is the controller responsible for your personal information in connection with the Service. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact privacy@kloovy.ai.

2. Information we collect

3. How we use information

4. Legal bases for processing (EEA/UK)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data on the following legal bases: performance of our contract with you (to provide the Service); our legitimate interests (to secure, operate, and improve the Service, where not overridden by your rights); your consent (for example, certain cookies or marketing, where required); and compliance with legal obligations.

5. The agent and your approval

Kloovy's agent prepares changes but does not publish anything to your site without your explicit approval. We process the data necessary to generate those proposed changes and, once approved, to execute and verify them. You may revoke access to a Connected Property at any time.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with: service providers who help us operate the Service (such as hosting, payment processing, and analytics) under confidentiality obligations; AI and large-language-model providers used to generate audits and fixes, processing only what is required; parties to a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy; and authorities where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

7. Subprocessors

We use a limited set of trusted subprocessors (for hosting, AI processing, payments, and analytics) to deliver the Service. They are bound by contract to protect your information and to process it only on our instructions. We can provide a current list on request to privacy@kloovy.ai.

8. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the site works.

For usage analytics we use Google Analytics. We do not load Google Analytics or set any analytics cookies until you give consent by choosing "Accept" on our cookie banner. If you choose "Decline," or if your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal, no analytics are loaded. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer. We do not use non-essential cookies for any purpose without your prior consent where required by law.

9. Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter only as required for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may request deletion of your data (see Section 11).

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@kloovy.ai. You may also withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

EEA/UK residents

If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the rights described above under the GDPR and UK GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right not to be subject to decisions producing legal effects based solely on automated processing without appropriate safeguards.

California residents

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know what personal information we collect, to access and delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing." We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

12. International transfers

Practechlab is based in India and may process data in India and other countries where we or our subprocessors operate, which may have different data-protection laws than your own. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for international transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.

13. Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Third-party links

The Service may link to third-party sites and tools we do not control. This policy does not apply to those sites; review their privacy policies before providing information.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised "last updated" date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you.
