Terms of Service
Last updated: June 18, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Kloovy ("Kloovy," "we," "us"), a product of Practechlab. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Kloovy audits how your brand appears in AI answer engines, generates recommendations as action cards, and — with your approval — uses an automated agent to execute approved changes and verify their results.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
3. Human approval and your responsibility for changes
Kloovy operates on a human-in-the-loop basis. The agent proposes changes, but you are responsible for reviewing and approving each change before it is executed. By approving a change, you authorize Kloovy to apply it to the site or account you have connected. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to make changes to any site you connect, and for the content of changes you approve.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
- Do not connect a website or account you are not authorized to manage.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Service.
- Do not use the Service to publish misleading, deceptive, or harmful content.
5. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed as described at the point of purchase, including any usage-based fees such as per-executed-fix charges. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice for future billing periods.
6. Intellectual property
Kloovy and its software, design, and content are owned by Practechlab and protected by law. You retain ownership of your own content and of the changes applied to your site. You grant us the rights necessary to operate the Service for you.
7. Third-party services
The Service interacts with third-party platforms (such as AI engines, content management systems, and analytics providers). We are not responsible for those platforms, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific result, ranking, or citation. AI answer engines are controlled by third parties and their behavior may change at any time outside our control.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Practechlab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Practechlab harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, the changes you approve, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Practechlab's place of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. [Confirm the governing-law jurisdiction with your lawyer.]
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
